Shipping Policy

For U.S. shipping, I use USPS (United State Postal Service). For international shipping, please contact me directly for pricing and policies. If you need additional insurance (over $50), email me for rates.

Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks. If you need something faster, contact me to work something out!

Custom orders and wholesale orders will ship within 4-6 weeks, or according to individual contract.

I am not responsible for merchandise lost or stolen during shipping.

Shipping Cost

U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $3.00 for dishes and jewelry and $5.00 for mugs and larger work. Additional items are $2.00 each. Shipping for custom and wholesale orders will be calculated and included in your contract.

Return Policy

All of my pieces are handmade by me and are one-of-a-kind. I do not use molds, and all of my drawing and carving is by hand. Therefore, each piece has its own unique characteristics and imperfections. If a piece is not as described or photographed, please email me directly within 30 days to resolve the issue.

If any piece is defective or broken upon receipt, please contact me via email with 30 days. If the piece is defective or damaged due to my error, I will offer an exchange or refund.

Custom orders are not returnable.

Caring for your Ceramics

All of my dishes and cups are food and microwave safe unless otherwise noted in the product description. While stoneware is resilient, I always recommend hand-washing any handmade ceramic pieces.
